This program will provide an overview of DOJ proffers and proffer agreements, including key considerations in determining whether to participate in a proffer or conduct an attorney proffer. The panel will also examine notable differences in proffer agreements across jurisdictions, discuss strategic considerations for proffer sessions, and address privilege and Sixth Amendment right-to-counsel issues.

Financial Hardship Policy
