Non-competition clauses in employment contracts can lead to hotly contested litigation and intersect with trade secret and antitrust disputes. Fabien Thayamballi, a partner at Shapiro Arato Bach LLP, and Oscar Shine, a partner at Selendy Gay PLLC, bring you up to date in this lunchtime webinar.
